“I cannot say enough amazing things about the management and maintenance team at our apartment community. Recently, my son and I experienced a frightening apartment fire, and what could have been an even more devastating experience was made so much easier because of the incredible care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire staff. As soon as the fire department finished their work, the maintenance team stepped in immediately. They quickly brought in an extraction team to remove the water left from the sprinklers and worked throughout the night while staying in constant communication with management to make sure everything possible was being done. The next morning, our manager Jessica called me right away and jumped straight into action. She contacted the insurance company and started the claim process, which helped guide me through filing my claim for my personal belongings. In such a stressful moment, having someone walk me through every step meant more than I can express. Jessica also made sure my son and I had a safe place to stay by accommodating us in a vacant unit. She personally did the walkthrough of the damaged apartment with maintenance and made sure our new unit was ready for us within just a few days of the incident. On top of that, the maintenance team carefully moved all of our salvageable belongings from the damaged apartment into our new one. Throughout this entire process, the management and maintenance staff treated us with so much care, patience, and compassion. They truly made us feel like we mattered as people, not just tenants. During such a difficult time, their kindness and support meant everything to me and my son. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done for us. “These apartments are great but the staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. We always have something fun going on to keep us engaged with staff and residents. Maintenance is fast and efficient and they are friendly as well. The property its self is clean and well kept. I’ve found my peace here.Ask for Jessica she is amazing!”
